He scored three goals on 66 shots and recorded seven assists during the year, including a four-assist performance in the Huskies 8-2 win over Miami in January. Miller scored the game-tying goal against Boston University in the NCAA Regional and additionally scored a goal in the team's 4-1 win over No. 2 Boston College to advance to the NCAA Frozen Four in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
2019-20: Named to 2019-20 Academic All-NCHC team...played in 31 games with seven goals, 11 assists and 18 points...42 shots, seven blocks and was +6 on the plus/minus in 2019-20...three multi-point games...charted one game winner and two empty net goals...scored the GWG vs. Miami on Jan. 31, 2020...scored 1g/1a vs. Miami on Jan. 31, 2020...also had two assists in each game vs. North Dakota on Feb. 21, 2020 and Colorado College on Feb. 7, 2020.
2018-19: In his first season with the Huskies, Miller played in 31 games with four goals and three assists to his credit...posted first collegiate point with an assist vs. Bemidji State on Nov. 17, 2018 at the HBNHC...added first goals in back-to-back wins vs. Western Michigan on Jan. 18-19, 2019 at home...also had goals in games against North Dakota (Jan. 25, 2019) and against Minnesota Duluth on March 8, 2019...named to 2018-19 Academic All-NCHC team.
Before SCSU: A 2017 graduate of Grand Rapids H.S., where he played for coach Trent Klatt...helped his high school team win a state title...played junior hockey for Sioux City Musketeers in 2016-17 and 2017-18...scored 29 goals and 25 assists during his two seasons of play in the USHL.
