2018-19: A 2019 All-NCHC Academic Award winner and 2019 NCHC Scholar-Athlete Award winner...played in four games for the Huskies in 2018-19...will serve as a team alternate captain for the Huskies in 2019-20.

2017-18: A 2018 All-NCHC Academic Award winner and 2018 NCHC Scholar-Athlete Award winner...played in seven games for the Huskies...posted one assist, eight shots and five blocked shots in 2017-18...scored his first collegiate point with an assist vs. Alaska on Oct. 14, 2017.

2016-17: A 2017 All-NCHC Academic Award winner and 2017 NCHC Scholar-Athlete Award winner.

2015-16: A 2016 All-NCHC Academic Award winner... played in two games for the Huskies during his rookie season in 2015-16.

Before SCSU: A 2013 graduate of George Washington H.S...played junior hockey with the Cedar Rapids Roughriders of the USHL...scored 20 goals and 44 assists during three year career with Cedar Rapids from 2012 to 2015.

Personal: The son of Joe and Debbie Kuster....psychology major and Master's in educational administration at SCSU...hobbies include golf and backgammon.
