2014-15: Prow was named the team captain for the 2015-16 Huskies...2015 All-NCHC Academic team award winner...named to 2015 NCAA West Region All-Tournament team...named NCHC Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 3 for play against Minnesota...also named NCHC Defensive Player of the Week on Feb. 2, 2015 after wins at CC...scored 4g/19a in 2014-15...charted 43 blocks...scored three assists apiece in back-to-back games at Colorado College on Jan. 30-31...had two assists vs. Miami in NCHC Final Faceoff title game...scored five multi-point games in 2014-15.
2013-14:Â Prow earned All-NCHC Academic Team honors as a sophomore...named the NCHC Player of the Week on Oct. 28, 2013 for his play against Colgate and also gained NCHC Player of the Week accolades on Feb. 10, 2014 for his work against Denver...scored four goals, 19 assists and 23 points in 2013-14...finished with a +16 on the plus/minus and also notched 60 blocked shots on defense...scored game winner at UAH on Nov. 15, 2013 and also had a GWG in 4-3 win over UMD on Feb. 15, 2014...enjoyed nine-game point streak from Jan. 25, 2014 to Feb. 22, 2014...tallied two assists apiece in 4-3 win at Colgate on Oct. 26, 2013 and 6-4 win vs. Minnesota State on Jan. 25, 2014....had two goals in weekend series vs. Denver on Feb. 7-8, 2014...one power play goal as a sophomore.
2012-13: Â Prow started his collegiate career in top fashion by scoring two goals and one assist in his second start for the Huskies against UAH on Oct. 19, 2012 at the HBNHC...added another goal in win over Michigan Tech on Mar. 1, 2013...chalked up two assists in win over Denver on Jan. 18, 2013...+10 on the plus/minus...added 28 blocks as a freshman.
Before SCSU: A 2011 graduate of Sauk Rapids-Rice High School...earned All-Conference status as a prep hockey player in the Central Lakes Conference...also played baseball in high school and earned All-Conference Honorable Mention notice...played two seasons of junior hockey with Des Moines of the USHL...notched two goals and 22 assists during the 2011-12 season at Des Moines...also posted eight goals and 14 helpers for the Bucs in 2010-11.
Personal: Â Son of Gloriana and Jim Prow of Sauk Rapids...finance major at SCSU...older sister Katelyn Prow was on nordic ski team at SCSU during her collegiate career...hobbies include hunting and fishing.
