2020-21 (SOPHOMORE): Kupka appeared in 23 games for St. Cloud State during the 2020-21 season, missing a portion of the year due to injury. He tallied eight total points during the year thanks to three goals and five assists and additionally finished the year with five blocked shots. He scored the first goal of his collegiate career in the Huskies 4-3 win over Western Michigan in the season opener and tallied a goal and assist in St. Cloud State's 5-4 win over Minnesota State at the NCAA Frozen Four.
2019-20 (FRESHMAN): Kupka played in 12 games for the Huskies during his freshman season...scored two assists with 15 shots and two blocked shots...posted first collegiate point with an assist on Jan. 11, 2020 at Denver...posted first point at the HBNHC with an assist vs. Miami on Jan. 31, 2020.
Before SCSU: A 2017 graduate of Camrose Composite H.S....played three seasons of junior hockey with the Camrose Kodiaks of the AJHL...charted impressive numbers during 2018-19 with 37 goals, 49 assists and 86 points at Camrose...also had 33 goals and 30 assists during the 2017-18 season and 13 goals and 15 assists in his first season with the Kodiaks...earned MVP and top scorer awards during his tenure with the Camrose Kodiaks.
