2013-14: Played in 10 games in her first season with the Huskies...participated in 46 minutes...scored a total of 8 points...made 5 of 6 free throws (.833)...recorded a total of 4 rebounds...scored a season-high of 3 points at Grand View (11/20/13).
HIGH SCHOOL: Kaytlin Kuefler is a 5'7” guard and 2013 graduate of Annandale High School. She is a three-year varsity letterwinner in basketball and twice has been named First Team All-Conference and once Honorable Mention. She earned 5AA All-Section team honors in 2012. Kuefler led her team and the Wright County Conference in scoring last season, averaging 17.2 points a game. She also pulled in six rebounds a game. She was voted the Team MVP last season and is a team captain. She was the freshman starting point guard during her team's 2010 state tournament appearance. She is a three-time “300 Hour Club” member and a three-year member of the Minnesota Fury Top AAU Team. Kuefler also plays varsity tennis at Annandale and has lettered four times in the sport. She was named All-Conference three times and Honorable Mention once. A team captain, she has 111 career wins and is a two-time State Team participant and three-time State Individual participant with two fourth-place finishes. She is a three-time team MVP and was named the Star Tribune Athlete of the Week this past October. Kuefler is a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Concert Band and Senior Video Committee. She is a MSHSL Excel Award School Representative.
“We like Kaytlin's versatility as she will be able to play multiple positions for us,” according to Fish. “She is an outstanding shooter who has deep range and a great feel for the game.”
