2012: Played in all 28 matches, making 22 starts…appeared in 99 of 103 total sets…finished the season with 161 kills, 19 assists, and 21 service aces…recorded 257 digs, 19 blocks, and returned 628 of 658 serves (.954%)…posted 5 double-doubles, with a season high 18 kills and 14 digs against Northern State (9/15/12)…season high 25 digs at Augustana (10/13/12).
2011 Season: Had an impressive collegiate debut as she was named Most Improved Player for the Huskies...played in 24 matches and made 11 starts...had a season high ten kills against Minnesota Duluth...averaged 1.50 sets per dig.
HIGH SCHOOL: The daughter of Mike and Teresa Domeier, Dani hails from Norwood Young America where she was a standout outside hitter/defensive specialist for Central High School...a two-time All-Minnesota River Conference player, Domeier lettered three times for the Raiders and was also named to the Breakdown’s Top-75 Juniors by mnsportspreview.com...Domeier led her prep squad in kills and digs during her junior and senior stints and she was a member of the Northern Lights Junior Olympic volleyball program for the past four years.
PERSONAL: A multi-sport athlete at CHS, Domeier also garnered varsity letters in basketball and track and field...a Gold Distinguished Academic Award recipient, Domeier achieved a grade point average of 3.6-4.0 while participating in interscholastic activities.
