2014: Played in all 28 matches this season, appearing in 93 total sets for the Huskies and made 27 starts…had 179 kills on the season, posting a .235 attack percentage…finished with nine digs, 78 blocks, and 224.5 total points scored…had a season high 15 kills against Southwest Baptist (9/13/14)…also recorded a season-high eight blocks at MSU Moorhead (10/24/14)…averaged 1.92 kills per set, .10 digs per set, and .84 blocks per set.
2013: Started 27 matches and played in all 28 matches...appeared in 100 of 102 total sets played...notched 229 kills, posting a .286 attack percentage...finished the season with 33 digs, 68 blocks and 277 points...had a season high 17 kills against MSU Moorhead (10/19/13) and season high six blocks at U-Mary (10/11/13)...averaged 2.29 kills per set, .33 digs per set and .68 blocks per set.
2012: Started and played in all 28 matches in her first season with the Huskies…recorded 191 kills and 15 digs on the year…finished second on the team with 82 blocks…posted a season high 12 kills against Truman State (9/7/12) and at Minot State (10/5/12)…averaged 1.85 kills per set.
HIGH SCHOOL: Kellan has earned four volleyball letters at Tomahawk High School. She is a 2011 and 2010 first-team Great Northern Conference selection and was named Honorable Mention in 2009. She is a third-team WVCA pick in 2011 and Honorable Mention in 2010. She was named to the 2011 All-Divisions Third-Team State All-Tournament team as her team advanced to the state tournament finals. Flynn played volleyball for Jen Pfannerstill. She also played high performance volleyball on the Badger Region Team during the summers of 2009, 2010 and 2011, placing in the top five at the national tournament each of those years. Flynn lettered in basketball and gained four letters in track and field. She was voted the Co-MVP of the track squad in 2010 and 2011 and is a three-time state participant. She placed sixth in the high jump in 2010 and fifth in the 4x200 relay in 2009.
PERSONAL: Flynn is the daughter of Paula and Patrick Flynn of Tomahawk, Wis. She is majoring in psychology at SCSU....enjoys spending time outside, working out, shopping, and being with friends.
