Bio
2015: Played in 69 sets and 20 matches in her third year with St. Cloud State…dished out 299 sets and recorded a career-high 28 assists against Upper Iowa (9/12/15)…averaged 4.33 assists per set…recorded 13 kills and 79 digs...2015 All-NSIC Academic team member.
2014: Appeared in one match this season and one set...recorded an attack attempt at Minnesota Duluth (10/28/14).
2013: The first year setter appeard in 13 matches and 26 sets...dished out 168 set assists and had a season high 36 assists at Drury University (9/6/13)...averaged 6.46 assists per set....posted 15 kills, seven blocks and 28 digs for the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Kline has earned four volleyball letters at Luxemburg-Casco High School as a three-year starter for the Spartans. She was named 2nd team All-Conference as a sophomore. As a junior, Kline was awarded 1st team All-Area, 1st team All-Conference and third team All-State. Kline's senior season she earned unanimious 1st team All-Conference and 1st team All-Area. Kline led her team with 1054 assists as a senior, averaging 8.1 assists per game and collecting 237 kills. She holds Luxemburg-Casco's school record for assists with 3307. Marissa also extended her talents to Track & Field where she lettered three times.
PERSONAL: Kline is the daughter of Pete and Cheri Kline of Luxemburg, Wis. She enjoys camping with friends and family and watching baseball. Kline plans to major in Pre-Physical Therapy at SCSU.
