Torve was the driving factor in the engine that was the Huskies Volleyball team, leading the team to a perfect 8-0 mark, an NSIC Regular Season Title, and an NSIC Postseason Championship, its first in program history, in the month of November.
As the Huskies setter, Torve accumulated 394 assists in eight matches in the month of November, averaging 12.71 assists per set. She earned NSIC Setter of the Week honors on Nov. 8 and Nov. 15, was named the NSIC Outstanding Senior of the Year on Nov. 12 and was named to the All-NSIC First Team on Nov. 11. She became the second Husky to ever reach the 4,000 career assists mark, checking in with 4,292 career assists, and helped pilot the Huskies offense to the No. 1 hitting percentage in the NSIC at .270.
Torve was pivotal in the Huskies first conference championship since 1982 and helped lead the Huskies to its first ever conference tournament championship, as the Huskies beat Winona State in four sets on Nov. 20 to claim the NSIC Tournament title. Torve recorded 48 assists in the four-set match and earned All-Tournament honors for her performance. Torve led the nation in assists entering the NCAA Regional and finished the season ranked third in D-II with 1,386 assists, earning First Team All-America honors in the process.
Off the court, Torve was named to the CoSIDA First Team Academic All-District Team on Nov. 22, maintaining a 3.94 GPA while majoring in marketing.
