Men's basketball falls to Wisconsin-Parkside, 76-65

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The University of Wisconsin Parkside spoiled the Huskies home opener as the Rangers posted a 76-65 non-conference win over St. Cloud State Friday night at Halenbeck Hall.
Parkside improved to 3-0 on the season while the Huskies are 2-1 overall. St. Cloud State will play at Saint John's University, Tuesday, Nov. 25 at 7 p.m.
Five players including four starters scored in double figures for the Rangers while the Huskies had three players score in double figures. The Rangers shot 49 percent from the field while the Huskies went 46 percent from the floor. Parkside out rebounded the Huskies 39-31.

St. Cloud State was led by senior guard Kevin Levandoski with 20 points. He also had three assists and one steal in 38 minutes of play.
Forward Donnell Cegers dropped in 13 points and was six of ten from the field.
Guard Jordan Poydras scored 12 points and had a team high five rebounds for the Huskies.
Rangers Notes
Jalen Currie led the Rangers in scoring with 16 points. He was four of four from the field and eight of 12 at the free throw line. He also had seven rebounds.
Jimmy Gavin had a game high nine rebounds and scored 15 points. He also had a game high six assists
The other players in double figure scoring were Jordan Mach with 12 points, Andy Mazurczak with 11 points and Mohamed Mohamed with ten point
