Devin Holmes and Huskies men's golf win Quarry Oaks Collegiate

Ashland, Neb. – St. Cloud State's Devin Holmes led the Huskies golf team to a first place finish in the ten-team Quarry Oaks Collegiate played at the Quarry Oaks Golf Course in Ashland, Neb.
Final results
Holmes shot a one-under-par 70 in the final round to bring home medalist honors. He opened the tournament with a 73 on Sunday.
The Huskies had three players finish in the top five as Tyler Koivisto and Matt Bible tied for third place. Koivisto shot 76-74 for 150 and Bible shot 74-76.
Chase Hahne tied for 11th place with rounds of 76-80 and Charlie West shot 83-81 to finish in a tie for 32nd place.
Drew Massey, playing as an individual shot 79-76 to place tenth.
St. Cloud State posted a team score of 299-300 for a two-day total 599. The Huskies distanced themselves by 22 strokes as second place Concordia-St. Paul posted 621 for a team score.
