ELLENSBURG, WAS. - In a non-conference match-up in their opening contest of the Central Washington Tournament, the St. Cloud State women's basketball team (1-1, 0-0 NSIC) fell to the Central Washington Wildcats 74-67.

As a team, SCSU shot 42.4 percent from the field, 23.5 percent from three point land, and 86.7 percent from the free throw line. CWU out-shot the Huskies with 58.1 percent mark from the field and 46.7 percent from three.
