The Huskies Earn Wins in Multiple Events to Earn Wins this Weekend.

Collegeville, Minn. – The St. Cloud State Swim & Dive program was back in action on Friday Oct. 28, as the Huskies recorded a pair of victories against St. John's and St. Benedict's. The women's team was able to pick up wins in all the events and the men's team won all but one event.
Top Huskies

Sophomore Meredith Bangs earned wins in the 200-yard freestyle (2:00.19) and in the 200-yard IM (2:13.70). Meredith also finished second in the 200-yard backstroke (2:16.83).
Senior Ashton Hobza won the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 55.59 and got third in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:13.11
Graduate Student Olivia Travis earned a pair of win in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:00.46 and in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 1:01.04.
Sophomore Owen Teague picked up a win in the 1000-yard free with a time of 9:52.34
Freshman Cade Rosenwald took home a win in the 100-yard butterfly with a time of 52.73
Junior Raf Hendriks won the 100-yard freestyle (46.39) and the 200-yard IM (1:55.68)

UP NEXT

Next, the Huskies will travel to Sioux Falls, SD. to compete in the South Dakota Invite on Friday November 4^th and Saturday November 5^th.
