
No. 4 St. Cloud State Men’s Hockey Hosts Manitoba in Exhibition Game

Huskies and Bison to play at 1:00 p.m. CT on Dec. 30
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – No. 4 St. Cloud State Men's Hockey (14-4-0, 7-3-0 NCHC) will return to action for the first time in three weeks when the Huskies host Manitoba (7-9-0, 7-9-0 CW) for an exhibition game on Friday, Dec. 30. Puck drop for the game is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. CT from the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center.
The game will be streamed through NCHC.tv with a radio broadcast available on KNSI (99.3 FM / 1450 AM). Jim Erickson and former Husky captain Dave Reichel will be on the call. Following the game, fans are encouraged to participate in Skate with the Huskies on the ice.
The Huskies last played on the road against Miami on Dec. 9-10, splitting the series with a 7-3 win on Friday before a 5-0 setback on Saturday. St. Cloud State's 14 wins is its second-best mark through 18 games in the D-I era, trailing only 2001-02's mark of 15-2-1 and matching the 2018-19 mark of 14-2-2.
Following the exhibition game, St. Cloud State will open the second half of its schedule on Jan. 7 against Minnesota. It will be the opening game of a home-and-home series, with the Huskies playing at the Mariucci Arena on Jan. 8.
