St. Cloud State Men's Basketball Snaps Four Game Winning Streak Falling to UMary

Four Huskies scored in the double-digits
ST. CLOUD, Minn. - The St. Cloud State men's basketball team was unable to find their momentum Friday evening in Bismarck, ND as they snapped their four game winning streak. UMary held the lead the entire game as the Huskies fell 91-77. Four Husky athletes scored in the double-digts in St. Cloud's loss.
GAME SUMMARY
The UMary Marauders brought the momentum right out of the gate as the Huskies trailed 43-33 after the opening 20 minutes of play. St. Cloud was able to keep the point margin within single digits until the 9:52 mark when UMary took a ten point lead. Matthew Willert went 3-6 from behind the arc but it wasn't enough as the Marauders offense closed the half with a ten point margin.
Returning for the second half, UMary held the all the stops as the Huskies were down 22 at the 14:03 mark. St. Cloud clawed the game back within eight points thanks to a layup off a turnover by Andre Renta. However, the Huskies effort was just not enough at the end of the day as they fell 91-77.
