The Huskies Divers earn multiple wins at the Carlton Diving Invite

ST. CLOUD, MINN. – The St. Cloud State Diving team continued their successful season at the Carlton Diving Invite in Northfield, Minn. on Saturday Oct. 28. The Huskies were able to take home two wins in the diving events.

For the women, Kailey Fossell earned second in 1-meter and sixth in three-meter. Christen Mayberry placed fifth in 1-meter and finished third in 3-meter. And Karlie Woodall placed tenth in 1-meter and then fifth in 3-meter. The men's team were able to sweep the diving events, with Jimmy Nord winning both boards. Nord scored 454.44 on 1-meter and 422.05 on 3-meter. Dylan Apicello placed second on 1-meter and then third on three-meter.

Next, the Huskies will compete in Coyote Extravaganza, hosted by South Dakota on Nov. 3-4 at the Midco Aquatic Center in Sioux Falls, S.D. Friday's session is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. CT, while Saturday is scheduled to start at 10:15 a.m. CT.
