No. 12 St. Cloud State Volleyball Travels to Bemidji to Conclude Second Week of Northern Sun Play

Huskies head north on Saturday, look to remain undefeated in conference play
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – No. 12 St. Cloud State Volleyball (8-2, 3-0 NSIC) closes out its second week of Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference regular season competition with a road match against Bemidji State (5-4, 0-1 NSIC) on Saturday evening. First serve is scheduled for 5 p.m. CT from BSU Gymnasium in Bemidji.

SCSU remained at to No. 12 in the latest AVCA Poll after going 2-0 last week, taking down (RV) Minnesota State at home (3-1) and Minnesota Crookston on the road (3-0).
Under the direction of head coach Chad Braegelmann, the program has been ranked for 58 consecutive weeks (including 34 weeks in the Top-10), dating back to the 2019 season. The Huskies have spent a total of 132 weeks in the AVCA Top 20/25 Poll in program history, including 59 weeks in the Top 10.
SERIES HISTORY
St. Cloud State Volleyball is 50-23 all-time against Bemidji State. The Huskies are 9-1 in their last 10 matches against BSU. Despite SCSU's overall success in the all-time series, the Beavers defend their home court well, holding the Huskies to a 12-9 overall record in Bemidji – BSU won the lone matchup of 2023 a 3-1 victory at the BSU Gymnasium.
NSIC WEEKLY AWARDS
Fifth year outside hitter Kenzie Foley (Sergeant Bluff, Iowa) was named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Offensive Player of the Week for two second consecutive weeks to start the season (Sept. 9, 2024, and Sept. 16, 2024). It was the eighth and ninth time Foley had been honored in her career.
