St. Cloud State Diving Set to Host Invite

The Husky Divers will host 5 teams at home for their invite
ST. CLOUD, MINN. – The St. Cloud State Diving team will be back in action this weekend as they host the SCSU Diving Invite. This is the team's last meet before the start of post-season competition. On Saturday, Feb. 1, the Divers will host three teams, including Minnesota State Moorhead, Minnesota State Mankato, and Augustana. Events are slated to begin at 11:00 am.
The Husky divers are coming off a very successful weekend competing against Augustana. On the Women's side, Freshman Abriella Werner placed 2nd in 1-Meter, scoring 255.95 points. Senior Karlie Woodall placed 2nd in 3-meter, scoring 251.10 points. For the Men, Sophomore Jimmy Nord swept placing first in both 1-meter (314.85 points) and 3-meter (309.85 points). The Husky divers are looking to continue their successful season this weekend and build momentum as they head into post-season competition.
