QUOTABLE – St. Cloud State head coach Chad Braegelmann
It was a fantastic defensive effort for the Huskies tonight. I thought we did a great job of defending the Marauders off speed swings, tips and roll shots. When they attacked the ball with pace, we did enough to get a hand on it blocking wise and dug enough balls which frustrated them at times. Offensively we were really efficient early on. Our passers did a great job with their eyes and platforms today, to get us in system the bulk of the night. It was a good team win, and a fun night for the Huskies as we were able to play every single woman on the roster.
