2017-18 (Senior): One of eight Huskies to appear in all 33 games ... set new career highs with 11 assists, which ranked second on the team, and 11 points ... led team defenders in both assists and points ... ranked second on the team with 58 blocked shots ... charted 19 shots on goal ... became the 15th three-time WCHA Scholar-Athlete in program history ... honored on the WCHA All-Academic Team for the third time in her career.
2016-17 (Junior): Played in a career-high 35 games and set personal bests with one goal, five assists and six points ... scored her first career goal on the power play at Ohio State on Feb. 4 ... charted 26 shots on goal ... blocked 54 shots, which ranked second on the team ... honored as a WCHA Scholar Athlete and on the WCHA All-Academic Team for the second-straight season.
2015-16 (Sophomore): Played in 25 games...Registered six shots on goal... -10 +/-...Blocked 29 shots defensively...Named WCHA All-Academic and Scholar Athlete for the first time.
2014-15 (Freshman): Played in 25 games in her first season with the Huskies...Put up one assist with 10 shots on net...-15 +/-.
Before SCSU: Emma played high school hockey at Shattuck-St. Mary’s, where she was coached by Gordie Stafford and Melissa Boik...In 2013, she played in the U16 National tournament where she took home the gold and in 2014 played on the U19 team where her squad placed second.
Personal: The daughter of Jerome and Jean Turbyville...She moved to Minnesota to go to high school at Shattuck-St. Mary’s and continue her hockey career as a Sabre.
