2019-20: Academic All-NSIC in 2019-20...CSCAA Scholar All-American in 2019-20...NSIC champion in 400 free relay, 200 medley relay and 200 free relay...also earned All-NSIC honors in the 100 fly, 50 free and 100 free...All-American in the 200 medley relay with a 14th place finish at the 2020 NCAA meet...qualified for the NCAA championships in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly along with the relay teams.

In the 200 medley relay, Kouba, Milstroh and Gehrke added an All-America award in the women's 200 medley relay with a 14th place finish at the 2020 NCAA meet.

Before SCSU: 2017 graduate of Foley H.S., where she competed for coach Jennifer Piepgras...lettered all six years at Foley...5X team MVP...Rookie of the Year...Class A swimmer of the year...Central Minnesota swimmer of the year two times...a three time state champion...set many school and pool records around the state...a transfer from the University of Minnesota...swam for the St. Cloud YMCA club team and Monticello Muskies...lettered four times in golf at Foley.

Personal: The daughter of Scott and Tracy Milstroh...bio-medical sciences major...A honor roll in high school...National Honor Society...class treasurer...graduated in top 10 of class at Foley...enjoys watching movies, video games (Legend of Zelda), reading, painting and spending time with the family.
