2022-23: Earned Academic All-Conference honors from the National Collegiate Hockey Conference … Was named the NCHC Sportsmanship Award recipient for his dedication to his program and community, on and off the ice … Became just the second three-time captain in program history, joining Jimmy Schuldt (2016-19) … Appeared in 32 games in fifth season for the Huskies, scoring three goals and six assists for nine points with a +7 mark on the ice, three power play goals and 26 blocks … Among program career records, finished ranked third among all skaters with 171 games played … Among all defenseman, finished 14th in career goals (17), 16th in career scoring (62) and 16th in career assists (45) … Scored a power play goal in home-opening victory over St. Thomas (Oct. 2) … Scored a power play goal in second consecutive game in road victory over Wisconsin (Oct. 14) … Added assists in wins over No. 2 Minnesota State (Oct. 21), at No. 2 Denver (Nov. 4) and against No. 3 Denver (Jan. 20) … Scored his third power play goal of the season and recorded three blocks on the road at North Dakota (Feb. 18).

2020-21: Named team captain prior to the 2020-21 season, Meier appeared in all 31 games for the Huskies and tallied a career-high 15 points during the regular season. Meier was second amongst St. Cloud State defenseman in offensive production, tallying four goals and 11 assists for 15 total points and a +/- of +8. Meier tallied two points in the Huskies win over Minnesota State in the NCAA Frozen Four, scoring a goal and recording an assist in the thrilling victory, and also tallied playoff points against North Dakota and Minnesota Duluth. Meier additionally blocked 23 shots during the 2020-21 season.
