SCSU Volleyball Travels to Sioux Falls for NSIC Challenge Tournament

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The St. Cloud State University volleyball team will hit the road for Sioux Falls, South Dakota this weekend as they take part in the NSIC Challenge. The Huskies will take on Missouri Western State University on Friday, Sept. 13 at 11:30 a.m. SCSU's complete tournament schedule is listed below.

Friday, Sept. 13 St. Cloud State vs. Missouri Western State University 11:30 a.m.
Friday, Sept. 13 St. Cloud State vs. Northwest Missouri State University 5 p.m.
Saturday, Sept. 14 St. Cloud State vs. South Dakota School of Mines 11:30 a.m.
Saturday, Sept. 14 St. Cloud State vs. Drury University 4:30 p.m.

Tournament Notes

The Huskies enter the tournament with a 3-1 overall record. They are coming off three straight victories at the LaQuinta Kickoff Challenge.
Ellie Dietzen (Black Creek, Wis.) ended the tournament with two huge matches. Dietzen posted 12 and 19 kills respectively against Union and Lindenwood. She hit .621 in their final match last weekend.
Kellan Flynn (Tomahawk, Wis.) has tallied double-digit kill totals in all four matches this season. She has posted 45 kills and is hitting .344.
