Men's Basketball travels to Minnesota Duluth for Saturday tip-off

St. Cloud, Minn. -- The St. Cloud State men's basketball team will go on the road to the University of Minnesota Duluth for a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) match-up against the Bulldogs on Saturday, Dec. 20. The tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m. at the Romano Gymnasium on the UMD campus.
The Huskies bring a 5-5 overall record and 2-3 NSIC mark into the game. The Bulldogs enter the game wiht a 6-5 overall record and 3-2 NSIC record. This is the second meeting this season between the Huskies and Bulldogs. The two teams opened NSIC play on Nov. 29 in St. Cloud. The Huskies won that game behind a 17-point performance from senior guard Kevin Levandoski (Appleton, Wis.).
St. Cloud State is 53-30 all-time against the Bulldogs since the first game of the series was played in 1932-33. The two teams split last season, each winning on their home court. The Huskies are 9-2 against UMD since beginning NSIC play in 2008-09.
