With the win, the Huskies improved to 9-7 overall and 5-5 in the NSIC North. Bemidji State is 7-7 overall and 3-7 in the NSIC.
St. Cloud State led 42-22 at the half and shot 50.9 percent from the field in the game. The Huskies out-rebounded the Beavers 38-32, made nine three-point baskets and 15 free throws.
For the second straight night, junior guard Jordan Poydras (Los Angeles, Calif.) led the Huskies in scoring. He posted a game high 23 points, had eight rebounds, three assists and four steals. He made four of five three-point attempts and was eight of 11 from the field.

Huskies Tip-Ins
Three Huskies, Poydras, junior forward Donnell Cegers (Milwaukee, Wis.), and first-year forward Jon Averkamp (Germantown, Wis.), pulled in eight rebounds each.
Sophomore guard Scottie Stone (Melrose, Minn.) dropped in 16 points.
Cegers finished in double figure scoring with ten points.
The Huskies have won four of their last six games.
St. Cloud State finishes off a four-game home stand next Friday and Saturday when the Huskies host Augustana College and Wayne State.

The Beavers were led in scoring by DJ Anderson who scored 13 ponts.
Pat Fischer of Sartell, Minn., added ten points.
Shane White and Kaylor Zimmerman each had six rebounds for the Beavers.
