The Huskies will be represented by five divers from the women's team, who have been placed on the NCAA Division II championships preliminary qualification list. This group includes 2018 NSIC Diver of the Year Britin Thomsen along with teammates Annaliesa Anderson, Lonie Anderson, Madison Brinkman and Alyssa Doherty.  On the men's team, SCSU divers to earn a spot on the NCAA Division II championships preliminary qualification list include David Sufficool and Scott Stellick. Sufficool recently captured first place at the 2018 New South Intercollegiate Swimming Conference championships in both the 1M and 3M diving events.
Andrea Bryson, the NSIC Swimmer of the Year for 2018, will be returning to NCAA competition and has qualified to compete in the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle events. Bryson's time of 23.23 in the 50 free ranks 15th among the national qualifiers this season. In the 100 free, Bryson ranks 13th with a qualifying time of 50.54 and she ranks 17th with a time of 1:50.00 among 200 free qualifiers.
Teammate Chelsea Gehrke has qualified for the nationals in the 100 butterfly at 55.47. He times ranks 25th among this year's qualifying field.  Annie Hart has also been listed as an alternate for the national meet with a time of 2:01.93 in the 200 backstroke.
The St. Cloud State women's 200 free relay and the women's 400 free relay have also qualified for a trip to Greensboro. The Huskies 200 free relay team qualified with a time of 1:33.98, which ranks 15th among qualifiying squads and the 400 free relay hit a qualifying time of 3:25.71 (16th in the nation). The SCSU relay teams include Bryson, Gehrke, Jennifer Thompson and Alexis Burroughs
