
Huskies Fall to Mavericks on the Road

MANKATO, Minn. - The St. Cloud State women's basketball team fell 62-78 to the Minnesota State Mavericks on January 19th at the Taylor Center.
In the contest, Nikki Kilboten recorded a career high of 18 points while also finishing with eight rebounds. Mackenzie Uter finished with a career high of ten points as well.
SCSU received key contributions from Mallie Doucette and Brehna Evans off of the bench, as the duo combined for 16 points and three rebounds.
The Huskies' sole lead came in the first quarter, but were able to execute on 10 points from Maverick turnovers and 22 points in the paint.
SCSU returns home to host Northern State and MSU-Moorhead on January 25th and 26th at Halenbeck Hall.
