Woodall and Werner Lead the Way for SCSU at Cows, Colleges and Contentment Classic

Husky duo finish top-three in the 1-meter and 3-meter dives with NCAA qualifying marks

NORTHFIELD, Minn. – The St. Cloud State Women's Swim & Dive team had five divers in action on Saturday at the Cows, Colleges and Contentment Classic in Northfield. Sophomore Abriella Werner (Soldotna, Alaska) and Karlie Woodall (Tomahawk, Wis.) led the way for the Huskies by posting NCAA qualifying scores for 11 dives in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dive events.

Woodall finished second in the 1-meter dive with a score of 401.80 and third in the 3-meter dive with a score of 424.55, while Werner finished second in the 3-meter dive at 434.95 points and third in the 1-meter dive at 381.15. The pair will now need to post qualifying marks in the event with six dives to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
