
Four from St. Cloud State Women’s Basketball Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Eggebrecht, Lambe, Stamer, and Zarneke cited by CSC for academic and athletic performance
St. Cloud, Minn. - Four St. Cloud State Women's Basketball student-athletes has been named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Junior Jada Eggebrecht, sophomore Paige Lambe, junior Alyssa Stamer, and sophomore Alana Zarneke earned the honor for their success in the classroom and on the court.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 15, 2025 (men) and April 16, 2025 (women). To qualify for Academic All-District® Honors, a student athlete must carry a 3.50 or better grade point average and have competed in at least 90% of the team's total games played or have started at least 66% of the team's total games played.
Eggebrecht held a 3.63 GPA as a graphic design major. She started in all 29 games for St. Cloud State while leading the team in scoring with 13.3 points on 41.6% from the field, 35.3% from three, and 94.7% from the free throw line. Eggebrecht also averaged 3.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists while earning her third consecutive All-Conference nod. Last season, Eggebrecht was also awarded with CSC Academic All-District Honors.
Lambe carried a 3.90 GPA as a biomedical sciences major. Lambe played in all 29 games while making 20 starts. She averaged 7.9 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game while shooting 43.8% from the field.
Stamer held a 3.97 GPA as a biomedical sciences major. She started and appeared in 28 games for SCSU this season. Stamer averaged 3.9 points, 2.6 assists, and 1.9 rebounds while shooting 84.6% from the free throw line.
Zarneke carried a 3.87 GPA as a biomedical sciences major. She started and played in all 29 games for the Huskies. On the court, Zarneke averaged 11.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2.0 stocks. She tallied shooting splits of 39.9% from the field, 39.4% from three, and 84.3% from the free throw line on her way to earning an All-Conference nod.
