2011-12: Named the Husky of the Year for the second consecutive season as a junior…An All-American…B-Cut qualifier in the 50 free with a time of :24.27 (12/2/11), the 100 back with a time of :57.80 (2/3/12) and the 100 fly by touching the wall in :56.91 (12/3/11)…helped set a school record in the 400 medley relay…helped the 200 & 400 freestyle and medley relay teams post B-Cut times as the anchor…posted the team’s best time of the season in the 100 backstroke by swimming a :57.80 mark in the Minnesota Challenge (Feb. 3, 2012)…won two solo events as a junior.
2010-11: Voted the team’s Husky of the Year in 2011…a College Swimming Coaches Association of American Academic All-American…named team captain for 2011-12 season…Crandall improved in every event for the Huskies, including swimming a leg in the 200 free relay, which won a conference title at the Midwestern Collegiate Championships with a time of 1:36.27…tallied five victories during her junior stint…amassed national B-cut times in the 100 fly (:58.31) and the 100 back (:58.84).
2009-10: Crandall highlights her season individually with a 0:25.05 50-freestyle time and a 0:58.25 100-fly time.
HIGH SCHOOL: 2009 graduate of Hill-Murray High School…coached by Susan Lee…six-time swimming letter winner…All-State...All-Conference...State champion in the 400 relay...school record holder...section champion in the 100 fly...team MVP.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Steven and Kim Crandall of Woodbury, Minn…lists her sister and SCSU teammate as the person with the greatest influence on her career…business major at SCSU...elected as an At-Large to the St. Cloud State Student Senate in the fall of 2010.
