Shipping and Refund Notice
Shipping/Delivery Notice 
Most ticket orders are filled and mailed as requested within one week of receipt of payment. We use standard United States Postal Service as our primary delivery service. If you do not receive your tickets within two weeks contact the St. Cloud State Athletic Ticket Office at 320-308-2137.
Safeguarding of Tickets/Refund Notice:
Please keep your tickets in a safe place. Lost or stolen tickets create problems for all concerned. We suggest that you detach the proper ticket for the game you are attending and leave the remaining tickets secured to safeguard against theft or loss. Stolen season tickets will be replaced only when an official police report is presented to the SCSU Ticket Office by the ticket holder of record. These replacement season tickets will be honored over the tickets originally issued. If tickets are lost, left at home, or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the SCSU Ticket Office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the ticket holder of record and for a $5 processing fee per ticket. All sales are final. The SCSU Ticket office does not issue refunds.
