Wes Crawford joined the coaching staff at St. Cloud State University as an assistant coach in 2014. His focus will be on the SCSU pitching staff this season.
“We are very fortunate to have a coach of Wes’ caliber to join our staff," SCSU head coach Pat Dolan said. "He helped out as a volunteer this fall and things really have just worked out. He is a perfect fit with very similar coaching style and philosophies as mine.
"Wes' background speaks for itself and of more importantance than his past success at Florida State and professional baseball is that he’s been a head coach at the college level...and to top that he’s just a great guy to be around. The pitchers really have bonded well with him in a short time.”
