2012: Daktronics All-Central Region 2nd Team member…Rawlings/American Baseball Coaches Association Central Region 2nd Team member…National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association 2nd Team member…All-NSIC Second Team member…made 10 starts and 16 appearances on the hill…owned a stellar 2.12 earned run average…posted a 9-1 record…68.0 innings pitched…fourth on the team with 50 K’s…batters hit only .233 off SR…had a season-high 10t K’s against Wayne State (March 31)…posted five scoreless appearances…had seven strikeouts against Augustana on May 5.
2011: One of SCSU's top pitchers, Riesgraf posted a 7-1 record in 2011 with a 3.86 ERA...in 51.1 innings of work, Riesgraf allowed just 47 hits, 22 earned runs and had 47 strikeouts...collected win over Wayne State in NSIC playoffs and also had 10 strikeouts in win over Minnesota Crookston...opened season with win over Arkansas Tech.
2010: Played in 15 games and started 12 on the mound for SCSU...was one of three pitchers on the staff with eight wins (8-2)...posted a 4.92 earned run average...finished the season with 67.2 innings of work...struck out 54 of 276 batters faced...recorded one save against Ouachita Baptist (3/5/10)...earned his first collegiate win against Wisconsin-Parkside (2/17/10)...earned his second win of the season the next game, in the first start of his career against Bemidji State (2/26/10)...had a season-high eight strikeouts against Wayne State (4/28/10)...had a 9.50 fielding percentage with eight putouts and 11 assists.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Chaska High School, Riesgraf earned three varsity letters in baseball...charted 7-1 record with a 1.11 ERA and 65 strikeouts in 2009...All-State, All-Metro and All-Conference award winner in baseball at Chaska...participated in MSHSL state tournament as a junior...Minnesota Lions' All-Star in 2009.
PERSONAL: Son of Jerry and Pam Riesgraf of Chaska...biomedical science major at SCSU...honors student and on Dean's List at SCSU...enjoys fishing and basketball.
