2015: McDonald was named to the 2015 NSIC Fall All-Academic Team … Played in 9 games posting 2 shots for the Huskies.
2014: McDonald played in 16 games for the Huskies during her rookie season in 2014...scored one goal, one assist and three points...also had 17 shots and 10 shots on goal...first collegiate goal was scored on Sept. 12, 2014 at home against Emporia State...notched first collegiate assist on Oct. 4, 2014 at home against Southwest Minnesota State.
Before SCSU: A 2013 graduate of Elk River H.S...a four-year letterwinner in soccer...earned All-Conference Honorable Mention honors and served as a team captain at Elk River...a three-time letterwinner in track and field...gained All-State and All-Conference honors in track and field...a transfer from Trinity Christian College, where she played in 22 games in 2013r with six goals and four assists...played club soccer for North Metro Power, Minnesota Thunder Academy and the Three Rivers Soccer Association.
Personal: The daughter of Robert and Denise McDonald of Ramsey...a mass communication major and marketing minor at SCSU...is the vice president of community relations of the Collegiate DECA Club at SCSU...enjoys golf, snowboarding and Netflix...has participated on mission trips to Alaska.
