2012-13: Pokorny brought home his second All-America award with a second place finish in the 133-pound bracket at the 2013 NCAA Division II championships...24-3 in 2012-13 with five pins...2013 NCAA Division II Super Region 3 champion at 133-pounds...also placed first for SCSU at 2012 Husky Open and third at 2012 Cobber Open...gained NSIC Wrestler of the Week notice on Jan. 14, 2013...a 2013-14 team captain.

2011-12: Put together a standout season at 133 pounds for the Huskies…earned NCAA All-American honors after finishing as the runner up at the NCAA Championships…owned a 22-7 overall record…went 8-3 in dual meet action…recorded seven pins…finished in third place at the NCAA Regional Tournament…named NSIC Wrestler of the Week (1/30/12).

BEFORE SCSU: Competed for the University of Nebraska-Omaha.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2007 graduate of Bennington High School...4X letterwinner as a prep wrestler and a 3X Nebraska state champion...helped prep team at Bennington win state title in 2007...a transfer student, who wrestled at Nebraska-Lincoln and Nebraska-Omaha prior to his move to SCSU...placed fourth in Big 12 tournament while wrestling at Nebraska-Lincoln...All-Big 12 Academic First Team award winner...honors student in high school.
