Youth baseball camps offered in Husky Dome this winter

The Starz of Tomorrow Baseball Academy and St. Cloud State Baseball staff have announced their 2014-2015 winter/spring camp, clinics and small group session calendar. The majority of these baseball events are available to players ages 6-18 with specific and more advanced camps for the older players. For specific information on each camp please visit: www.StarzBaseballCamp.com  Leading off in December 2014 will be the new 4-1 player-to coach small group sessions. These four week-four session packages concentrate specifically on one area of the game, whether that is hitting, pitching or specific position play. Video tape analysis with baseball handouts and evaluations will be included with the instruction. These sessions are set up with four baseball buddies or combined with four players in the same age group on Tuesday and Thursday's evenings.  The other upcoming Starz of Tomorrow Baseball Academy offerings this winter include: 1. The Maple Grove Sports Dome Sandlot Series starting Saturday, December 6th through January.  Clinic at the Husky Dome2. The Huskies Holiday Camp December 28-30th will provide three days of baseball action and training.
3.  If you are interested in playing baseball games, check out the Huskies Sandlot Series, which will be held on each Monday in January, February and March.  The series is open to anyone from 1st-7th grade.
4. Need to get in baseball shape for your high school season? Come join the High School Spring Training Camps all the way up to the start of the high school season in the Husky Dome and the new Baseball Shed in Buffalo .
5.  Spring training camps will also be offered for eighth graders and below after the HS season begins in mid-March .
6. Small Group 4-1 Sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the SCSU coaching staff and other great coaches.
7. The Starz of Tomorrow will offer camps on the upcoming Martin Luther King and Presidents' Day school holidays in 2015.
8. Special winter/spring training packages are available with savings of up to $200.  A second child in the family receives 50 percent of each camp.
