SCSU Women's Hockey Face Minnesota Gophers in First Conference Series

The St. Cloud State University Women's hockey team (2-0-0, 0-0-0 WCHA) travel to Minneapolis tonight to play their first conference series against the #1 ranked University of Minnesota Gophers (2-0-0, 0-0-0 WCHA). The Huskies are coming off a season opening sweep against Merrimack last weekend. Lexi Slattery, a defense from Hugo, Minn., was awarded co-defensive player of the week after her performance in the Merrimack series.
