
SCSU Volleyball Tops USF, 3-2

Sioux Falls, S.D. – The St. Cloud State volleyball team traveled to Sioux Falls, S.D. where they took on the University of Sioux Falls this evening. The Huskies came out on top winning 3-2 with final scores of 18-25, 25-22, 20-25, 25-17, and 15-5.
St. Cloud State improves to 8-8 overall and 4-4 in the NSIC. The University of Sioux Falls drops to 8-9 overall and 0-8 in the conference.
Four St. Cloud State players finished with double-digit kill totals. Macy Weller (Sauk Centre, Minn.) led the Huskies with 12 kills, averaging a .250 attack percentage.
Kellan Flynn (Tomahawk, Wis.) tallied 11 kills for the Huskies and 10 blocks.
Shannon Klink (Hartford, Wis.) and Sophie Jaskulske (Maplewood, Minn.) finished with 10 kills each. Klink also totaled 18 kills for the Huskies.
Allison Butler (Burnsville, Minn.) finished with 45 assists and 11 digs.
Brianne Stamer (Hutchinson, Minn.) led the Huskies defensively with 20 digs.
Jordan Calef and Michelle Ritland led the Cougars with 12 kills.
The Huskies will return to action tomorrow afternoon as they take on #5 Southwest Minnesota State University at 3 p.m. in Marshall, Minn. The Mustangs defeated #1 Minnesota Duluth this evening, 3-2.
