Volleyball Hosts University of Mary and Minot State This Weekend

St. Cloud, Minn. – The St. Cloud State volleyball team (12-9, 4-7 NSIC) looks to get back to the winning ways with a pair of home matches this week in the always difficult NSIC. The program starts the week with a 6 p.m. contest against the University of Mary (5-15, 1-10 NSIC) on Friday, Oct. 20, at Halenbeck Hall. The program wraps up the weekend by hosting Minot State (4-16, 0-11 NSIC) on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m.

The University of Mary has lost its last eight matches.
UMary's last victory was by a 3-1 count over Minot State on the road on Sept. 19.
The program lost 3-1 to Sioux Falls and 3-0 to No. 2 Southwest Minnesota State over last weekend.
Lauren Randall leads the team with her 294 kills (4.52 kills per set).
She also has 14 service aces plus 163 digs (2.51 per set)

Kelsey Dewulf is the primary setter with 618 assists plus 18 service aces.
Karli Koza has picked up a team-high 357 digs.
Mekayla Gurley has 145 digs.
Haley Swain has a team-high of 59 blocks.
Emily Fallforf has picked up 54 blocks.
