The #3 seed St. Cloud State University baseball team (29-14) lost a close 5-2 decision against #2 seed Augustana University (42-8) in second round play of the 2018 NSIC baseball tournament on Thursday, May 10 at Sioux Falls Stadium in Sioux Falls, S.D.
The loss moves the Huskies into a game tonight against Minot State in the double-elimination tournament. Minot State opened its day of play by knocking Minnesota State Mankato out of tournament play and both the Huskies and Beavers enter the game tonight with 1-1 tournament records.
