St. Cloud State Cross Country Set for NSIC Championships

Huskies will run at 10:00 a.m. CT on Saturday in Wayne
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The St. Cloud State Women's Cross Country team heads south to compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) Cross Country Championships in Wayne, Neb., on Saturday. The women's 6,000-meter race is scheduled for 10 a.m. CT with 16 teams competing.
Five of the top-30 teams in the USTFCCA Rankings will toe the line in on Saturday, as Augustana (third), Mary (11th), Minnesota State (22nd) and Winona State (29th) will all compete.
The Huskies are coming off a third-place finish at the Waxlax Invitational on Oct. 7, as junior Cheresa Bouley paced the team with a third-place overall finish at 22:13.2 in the 6K race.
