St. Cloud State Cross Country to Race at NCAA Central Region Championships

MEET CENTRAL
ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The St. Cloud State Women's Cross Country team is set to compete in the 2021 NCAA Central Region Cross Country Championships, which will take place Saturday, Nov. 6 in Joplin, Mo. The women's 6,000-meter race is scheduled to start at 10 a.m. CT with live scoring provided by Athletic Live.
The Huskies are coming off a 10th-place finish at the NSIC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 23. Junior Cheresa Bouley (Zimmerman, Minn.) paced the Huskies by finishing 16th at 22:41.84 to earn All-NSIC Second Team honors. Following Bouley, junior Clara Welhouse (Green Bay, Wis.) finished 75th at 25:03.01 and freshman Greta Freed (Rochester, Minn.) finished 77th at 25:06.10.
