Huskies Earn Multiple Individual Wins at Dual Meet in Sioux Falls

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The St. Cloud State Swim & Dive team continue their weekend in dual meet against Augustana and Sioux Falls. The men's team was able to come out on top beating Augustana, while the women's team falls to both Augustana and Sioux Falls. Both teams were able to pick up individual event wins.

Team Scores

The men's team defeated Augustana, 204-92, while the women's team fell to Augustana and Sioux Falls, 145-85-70.

Top Huskies

Sophomore Dylan Apicello picked up wins in both 1 and 3-meter diving. Scoring 235.65 in 1-meter and 243.95 in 3-meter.
Freshman Mason Beck earned a win in the 100-yard freestyle with a time 46.87.
Junior Raf Hendriks got wins in the 100-yard backstroke (49.61), 200-yard backstroke (1:48.29), and in the 100-yard fly (49.86).
Meredith Matchinsky won both 1 and 3-meter diving, with scores of 239.15 in 1-meter and 261.25 in 3-meter.

Up Next

The Huskies return home next weekend on Friday October 7 and Saturday October 8 to compete against Northern Michigan.
