
St. Cloud State Men’s Swimming and Diving Set to Host the Jackrabbits

The Men’s team is set to host South Dakota State at Halenbeck Hall this Friday
ST. CLOUD, MINN. – The St. Cloud State Men's Swimming and Diving team return to action for the first time in six weeks on Friday, Jan. 12 as the team is set to host South Dakota State. Events are scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. CT.
The Huskies last competed at the Rochester Invite, Dec. 2-4 in Rochester, Minn., where they finished first. Over the weekend, three school records were broken. Senior Raf Hendriks lowered his own 100-yard backstroke record, earning a time of 47.58. Senior Emile Dost captured the teams 100-yard IM record with a time of 50.68. The 800-yard freestyle relay team of Hendriks, Dost, Sophomore Ben Thompson, and Sophomore Avery Morton took down the team record, that had been standing for 10 years, posting a time of 6:42.11.
The Men's team had a very successful Rochester Invite and are looking to continue their success and pick up a win against the Jackrabbits.
