Philip Caputo Earns Academic All-American Honors

Caputo named to Second Team Academic All-America
Austin, Texas- St. Cloud State senior forward Philip Caputo was honored with Academic All-American as announced by College Sports Communicators (CSC) Tuesday morning. Caputo was named to the Second Team All-American.

Caputo carried 3.84 GPA as a business management major. He was also awarded CSC Academic All-District Honors two weeks ago for the second time in his career. The senior had an all-time season for the Huskies this fall as he tallied 32 points from 13 goals and six assists. He started and played 16 games for SCSU, logging 1167 minutes. Caputo is the first Husky in program history to earn Academic All-American Honors.
