2019: In her third season with St. Cloud State, Olstad was one of three Huskies to appear in all 32 matches and 117 sets. As the team's primary defensive specialist, Olstad compiled 346 digs, averaging 2.96 per set, and was one of four players with 30+ aces, ending the season with 31. She ranked third on the team in both total digs and digs/set and recorded a career-high 28 in a five-set win over Upper Iowa on November 16.

2018: As a sophomore, Olstad appeared in all 26 matches for the Huskies with 13 starts as a defensive specialist. She finished the season ranked third on the team in both digs (271) and digs/set (3.04) while compiling 22 aces from behind the service line. Olstad tallied a career 22 digs against Upper Iowa in October.

2017: Olstad played in all 30 matches as a first year in 2017... she compiled 272 digs and averaged 2.54 digs/set, both of which ranked third on the team... Olstad tallied a career-high 19 digs against Michigan Tech on September 8...

Before SCSU: A 2017 graduate of Eagan H.S., where she played for Kathy Gillen...a 4X letterwinner in volleyball...named All-South Suburban Conference and Defensive Player of the Year honoree...also selected to MSHSL State All-Tournament team in 2015 and 2016...helped Eagan win state titles in 2015 and 2016...played club volleyball for the Northern Lights...earned All-America honors in club volleyball.

Personal: The daughter of Calvin and Ann Olstad...National Honors Society...A-Honor Roll in high school..has been on two mission trips to Taylorsville, North Carolina and Bayou la Batre, Alabama.
