Before SCSU: A three-sport standout athlete and 2009 graduate of Roseau High School, Lane was coached in hockey by Brian Bergstrom and Jeff Olson … Named her team’s captain for the upcoming 2008-09 season, Lane has garnered four varsity letters in hockey at the forward position … A four-time All-Conference and two-time All-State selection, Lane has charted 82 goals and 83 assists during her prep tenure … Serving as her team’s alternate captain last season during her junior stint, Lane helped lead her team to the Section 8 Championship and a third place finish at the Minnesota State Girls’ Hockey Tournament … Lane also lettered twice in both track and field and volleyball … She gained a team sub-section championship in track, and served as a team captain for volleyball in the fall of 2008 while landing herself on the volleyball All-Conference First Team the past two seasons.

Personal: The daughter of Mike and Shelly Lane, Kylie is a member of the Target Team, Ram Page and the Yearbook Committee at RHS. Lane is majoring in graphic design with a minor in advertising at St. Cloud State.
