Listed below are online information resources for St. Cloud State student-athletes and fans regarding the current COVID-19 crisis. SCSU is constantly monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and will provide updated information as changes occur throughout the process. Please be aware that schedules for 2020-21 will be posted as they become available but are subject to change due to potential physical distancing and shelter-at-home policies.

FACE MASKSÂ REQUIRED AT SCSU:
- Students, faculty, staff and visitors must wear a face mask/covering over their mouths and noses, while in St. Cloud State facilities, in all hallways, public spaces, classrooms and other common areas of campus buildings, and when in offices or other work spaces when in the presence of others.
- Students, faculty, staff and visitors must wear a face covering/mask when in outdoor settings when 6-feet of physical distancing from others cannot be maintained. Â
Based on recommendations from local health officials and guidelines in place on the state and local levels, there will be a significant reduction in the number of spectators permitted to attend St. Cloud State University home sporting events in 2020-21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. SCSU Athletics is committed to working closely with government and University officials to monitor guidelines and adjust attendance policies as needed. The following are the current guidelines from the Minnesota Department of Health.  For the latest information on who can attend home athletic events at SCSU in 2020-21, please call the SCSU Athletic Ticket Office at 320-308-2137 or the SCSU Athletic Office at 320-308-3102.
Due to the uncertain nature of COVID-19, please note that SCSU athletic competition schedules are subject to change. In the event any games are canceled due to COVID-19 and not rescheduled, or if games are played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, ticket holders will be provided with options in response to these changes. Please check the SCSU Athletic website for information regarding schedule updates or changes.

Instances when face coverings may be temporarily removed:- While participating in certain indoor sports and exercise activities
- While participating in certain indoor speaking or performance activities
- While participating in indoor musical (wind) instrument practice or performance
- When eating or drinking indoors
- While communicating with hearing impaired individuals and others with health conditionsÂ
- When alone in a vehicle or heavy machinery cab while on university business
- Working alone in an office, room or certain cubicles
- While performing personal hygiene in assigned residential hall bathrooms or athletics facilities.
- Students are not required to wear a face covering/mask while alone in one's own residence hall room.
- While in environments where hazards exist that create a greater risk by wearing a face mask/covering (engineering bays, research and instructional labs, etc.).
- When working outdoors where physical distancing can be maintained.

SCSU Men's Hockey Season Ticket COVID Policies and Information for 2020-21 season
COVID-19 ALERT:  The SCSU Athletic Department and the SCSU Athletic Ticket Office is monitoring any and all COVID-19 updates from the Minnesota Governor and Minnesota Department of Health and how the decisions may impact future SCSU Athletic Events in 2020-21. We will continue to be in contact with our season ticket holders and Huskies fans if anything may impact our SCSU Athletic events during the 2020-2021 season.

The following is a rundown of information on suspension of intercollegiate athletic activities at St. Cloud State University due to COVID-19.

 Aug. 5, 2020: NCAA cancels Division II fall championships: http://www.ncaa.org/about/resources/media-center/news/dii-presidents-council-cancels-fall-2020-championships
NSIC Information:
- In light of the NCAA Board of Governors' decision to direct all institutions and conferences to meet specific requirements to conduct fall sports and the NCAA Division II Presidents Council's announcement that all NCAA Division II fall championships are canceled, the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference's Board of Directors has canceled NSIC fall competition and championships, and has suspended all athletic competition through Dec. 31, 2020.
This decision will cancel fall competition for the women's soccer, volleyball and women's cross country programs at St. Cloud State University. The SCSU winter sports impacted by this decision include men's basketball, women's basketball, wrestling, women's swimming and diving and women's indoor track. Those NSIC sports at SCSU will have competition suspended through Dec. 31. - Of note, all NSIC sports in the spring of 2020 were suspended due to the COVID crisis and championships were not contested in the spring sports at the NSIC or NCAA levels.

- All SCSU Coaches Shows (on Monday's at the Men's Hockey and Basketball) will be pre-recorded and air on the radio only this year. No live audiences in 2020-21.
- Sept. 10, 2020: The WCHA has announced the delay to the start of the 2020-21 men's hockey season until further notice. Details on schedules for the upcoming 2020-21 season will be posted when available. WCHA ANNOUNCEMENT
- March 12, 2020: Women's WCHA Championships were complete. The WCHA supports the NCAA's decision to cancel all championships.  Start dates for the upcoming 2020-21 season are still being determined as of Aug. 17, 2020.
- March 12, 2020: Chancellor announces classes will be suspended for the spring semester 2020.
- During this time administrators, faculty and staff will explore alternative models of delivery and adjust learning space to ensure the safety of our communities.
- Campuses, including residence halls, dining facilities, and student support services, will remain open and staffed, including student workers.
- Large events:
- All events or gatherings totaling more than 100 attendees (both internal and third party) are cancelled until May 1, when the situation will be re-evaluated. That said, our campus is open and we want to accommodate events when we can.Â
