Two St. Cloud State Baseball Players Earn Academic All-District® Honors

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Four St. Cloud State Baseball student-athletes have been named to the 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Sophomore AJ Price (Neenah, Wis.) and senior Wyatt Tweet (Russell, Manitoba) were recognized for their success in the classroom and on the diamond.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
Price, a Mathematics major with a 3.70 grade point average, made nine starts and 11 appearances on the mound for the Huskies in 2026. He posted a 3-3 record with a 1.84 WHIP and 48 strikeouts over 39.2 innings pitched.
Tweet is an exercise science major with a 3.81 grade point average who hit .277 while starting 44 games and playing in 45 games. He hit six home runs with 41 RBI, three doubles and 31 runs.
