
St. Cloud State Swim & Dive Teams Earn CSCAA Scholar All-America Honors for Spring 2024

Women’s team recognized after posting 3.60, men’s team honored after earning 3.32
PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. – St. Cloud State Men's and Women's Swim & Dive teams were recognized for their academic success during the Spring semester, as the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced its Scholar All-America Teams for the Spring 2024 semester on Monday.
In total, 722 teams representing 417 teams from each of the three National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA) divisions, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). These teams, representing a total of 17,162 student-athletes, were chosen based on their outstanding academic performance during the Spring semester.
To qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 during the Spring 2024 semester. Of the selected teams, an impressive 563 achieved a GPA of 3.30 or above.
Both the men's and women's programs, led by head coach Jeff Hegle were recognized. The women's team earned a 3.60 cumulative grade point average (GPA) during the Spring semester, while the men's team finished with a 3.32 Spring GPA.
